PAYMENT AND CANCELATION TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
This special trip is presented to you by Antigua Capilla Boutique Bed and Breakfast
ELIGIBILITY: Must be 18 years or older.
PAYMENT: All currency mentions are U.S. dollars. You must adhere to the payment instructions provided to complete your arrangements. Any tips, taxes, and additional expenses are not included. For cancelations, refer to the "Cancelation Policy" below. This trip cannot be modified or combined with any other promotion, is not transferable, and is subject to change without notice. To secure your spot, a deposit of 50% of the total is required at the time of booking. The full balance will be charged to your card on file 60 days before your intended trip date. For bookings made within 60 days of departure, 100% payment is required at the time of booking. Failure to make the required payment in full and within the stipulated time frame grants us the right to consider your booking canceled by you. If you choose to pay by credit card, you acknowledge that in the event of cancelation, you will be bound by the cancelation policies outlined herein, and you waive your right to initiate a chargeback, except in cases of fraud. If you initiate a chargeback that we must subsequently dispute, you will be responsible for covering all associated costs, including attorney fees.
CANCELATION POLICTY: Partial cancelations of bookings are not permitted. In the event that you or your party wish to cancel the booking, the cancelation policy outlined in this section will be applicable. It is important to note that Antigua Capilla Boutique B&B incurs various non-refundable costs before a cancelation is initiated. Consequently, the associated penalties are directly proportional to these unrecoverable expenses. Please be aware that any products or services added to your trip and acquired after the reservation date cannot be canceled if less than 60 (SIXTY) days remain before the trip's commencement. Any cancelation of such products or services within 60 (SIXTY) days of the departure date will result in a penalty equivalent to 100% (ONE HUNDRED PERCENT) of the amount for the canceled added service.
Should you decide to cancel your booking, kindly note that cancelations can only be accepted in writing, following partial or total payment. To request a cancelation, please send us an email to [email protected] putting “cancelation” in the subject.
Please be aware that your cancelation request will be deemed effective only upon our receipt of it in writing. If the request is received outside our Customer Service team's operating hours, it will take effect from the subsequent business day. Operating hours are 8AM to 5PM, Monday through Friday, Mexico Central Standard Time.
The cancelation fees outlined below will apply.
INSURANCE: We strongly advise all individuals included in the booking to acquire comprehensive travel insurance, which includes medical care in the event of accidents or injuries. Please be aware that insurance companies typically have a time limit between booking and/or departure and policy issuance. Therefore, we recommend purchasing insurance immediately after receiving the booking confirmation from us. Opting not to obtain adequate travel insurance may result in the loss of your travel expenses and/or require additional funds to rectify the situation. You also acknowledge that without this coverage, it may be impossible to recover any incurred losses, expenses, or costs. If you decide to travel without sufficient coverage, we will not be liable for any losses, regardless of the circumstances, for which trip protection plan coverage would otherwise have been available.
